Direct solliciteren Neem contact op Automatisch verbeterd voor betere leesbaarheid Senior Controller Juridisch Role purpose: Provide strategic and operational financial control for legal-related activities, ensuring compliant budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and risk management to support organizational decision-making. - Lead planning & control cycles, including budgeting, forecasting, and multi-year financial planning. - Deliver timely management reporting, KPI dashboards, and variance analyses with clear recommendations. - Advise legal leadership on financial impact of cases, contracts, claims, and regulatory changes. - Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and relevant laws/regulations. - Manage financial risk assessments, scenario analyses, and business cases for legal initiatives. - Coordinate audits, documentation, and stakeholder communication across Finance, Legal, and Governance. - Improve processes and data quality through standardization and automation in reporting and controls. Required skills and qualifications - Senior experience in controlling, financial management, or audit, preferably in a legal/regulatory context. - Strong knowledge of financial reporting, internal control frameworks, and compliance requirements. - Advanced analytical skills: forecasting, scenario modeling, and cost/benefit analysis. - Proficiency with ERP and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, BI platforms); ability to translate data into insights. - Stakeholder management: confident advisor to Legal, Finance, and executive leadership. - Clear communication skills in Dutch and/or English, with strong documentation discipline.
