Wir suchen Dich ab sofort als 1 Senior Controller m/w/d Standort: Klagenfurt

Arbeitszeit: Vollzeit

Deine Aufgaben:

* Du bist verantwortlich für die Durchführung der Budgetplanung und Überwachung sowie die Verarbeitung der Daten im ERP System

* Darum geht's: Mitwirkung bei Jahresabschlüssen, Dokumentenmanagement, fristgerechte Erstellung von Monatsabschlüssen und Versand von Monatsberichten

* Du überwachst die laufenden Ergebnisse und stellst Basisdaten bereit

* Des Weiteren bist du verantwortlich für die Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Kostenrechnungsstammdaten im ERP-System

* Bei Vergabeverhandlungen übernimmst du die Vorprüfung der Verträge und Dokumente

* Du bist verantwortlich für die Erstellung der Maßnahmeplanung und begleitest deren Umsetzung

* Außerdem unterstützt du bei der Bewertung von Projekten in kaufmännischer Hinsicht

* Bei Neueintritten schulst du die Mitarbeiter

* Du erstellst Analysen, Berichte und Entscheidungsvorlagen für Führungskräfte

Dein Profil:

* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften (HAK, FH, Universität, etc.)

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position

* Erfahrung in SAP- bzw. ERP-Implementierungsprojekten von Vorteil

* Umfassende Softwarekenntnisse (MS Office, BMD, SAP)

* Softwarekenntnisse in ORCA wünschenswert

* Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit

* Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Österreichs

* Führerscheinklasse B
