Start datum: 12 October 2026 Senior Conversational Designer - Schiedam ( ZZP) Praktische informatie over de functie Startdatum: 19-10-2026 Einddatum of periode: 30-4-2027 Uren per week: 40,00 Contractvorm: Deta Tarief: €80-€90 per uur Als Senior Conversational Designer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het analyseren, ontwerpen en optimaliseren van chatbotconversaties en digitale klantreizen. Je onderzoekt hoe klanten hun vragen stellen, wat ze daadwerkelijk bedoelen en hoe de chatbot hier zo goed mogelijk op kan reageren. Daarbij kijk je verder dan alleen de letterlijke vraag. Je houdt rekening met de context, de achterliggende klantbehoefte en de manier waarop een gesprek zich ontwikkelt. Je analyseert bestaande chatbotgesprekken, herkent terugkerende patronen en identificeert situaties waarin de chatbot de klant niet goed begrijpt of een ongeschikt antwoord geeft. Op basis van deze inzichten verbeter je conversational flows, intentherkenning, taalgebruik, prompts en de logica achter vervolgvragen. Je zorgt ervoor dat de chatbot niet alleen technisch correcte antwoorden geeft, maar ook natuurlijk, relevant en empathisch communiceert. De rol bevindt zich op het snijvlak van Conversation Design, Customer Experience en Conversational AI . Je hebt voldoende kennis van Large Language Models (LLM's) om functioneel mee te denken over de inrichting en optimalisatie van AI-gedreven gesprekken. Dit is nadrukkelijk een design- en optimalisatierol, geen softwareontwikkelfunctie. Wat ga je doen?
