Als ' Recruitment Business Partner' / Senior Corporate Recruiter bouw je mee aan de verdere professionalisering van onze recruitment organisatie voor een van de snelstgroeiendedigitalagencies in Nederland. Happy Horizon bestaat uit vier business lines verdeeld over zeven vestigingen in Nederland. Onze organisatie telt momenteel 600 professionals met verschillende achtergronden: van developers tot marketeers tot creatievelingen. Ter versterking van ons team zijn wij op zoek naar een Recruitment Business Partner die eindverantwoordelijk gaat zijn voor een van de vier business lines. In deze rol werk je intensief samen met de Business Lead(s) omtrent het opzetten en uitwerken van een recruitmentstrategie die past bij de business line. Jij speelt een sleutelrol in het uitdenken van nieuwe strategieën en past de nieuwste technieken toe waarmee we efficiënter , inzichtelijker en moderner onszelf onderscheiden. De uitdaging? Als organisatie zijn wij de afgelopen jaren snel gegroeid aan de hand van een 'buy & build strategy'. Dit vraagt om een sterke visie op recruitment die gepaard gaat met een concrete uitrol ervan. Je krijgt in deze rol veel vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheden om jouw recruitment visie en strategie toe te passen. Een strategie waarbij je adviseert op topics als employerbranding , talentacquisition , het inrichten van assessments en selectietools en onboarding. Ofwel: het aantrekken, aannemen en onboarden / behouden van medewerkers. Onze business lines zijn verdeeld over meerdere locaties door het land. Op eigen inzicht weet je je agenda in te richten en zorg je dat je binnen no-time bekend en zichtbaar bent voor je stakeholders en teams. Naast 'extern netwerken' bouw je ook aan sterke relaties intern zodat je weet wat er speelt binnen de teams en nodig is om verder te bouwen.
