Met vijf verschillende labels - Daily Aesthetikz, O'bleu Projects, Hallinger, Club Republique en AMY & IVY - creëren we een wereld waarin fashion, cultuur en creativiteit samenkomen. Als Sr. Creative Designer geef jij deze merken visueel een eigen gezicht. Van campagne en branding tot social content, instore communicatie en etalages: jij zorgt dat onze merken herkenbaar zijn én blijven hangen. Als Senior Creative Designer ben je een belangrijke creatieve kracht binnen het team. Je ontwikkelt visuele concepten en vertaalt deze naar sterke designs die passen bij de identiteit van onze verschillende merken. Je denkt mee vanaf het eerste idee, maar bent ook degene die het concept vervolgens tot in de details uitwerkt. Je hebt een scherp oog voor branding, typografie, compositie en beeldtaal en weet hoe je een merk visueel onderscheidend maakt. Je denkt verder dan een losse campagne of uiting en bouwt mee aan een consistente visuele identiteit. Je werkt samen met de Creative Director, marketeers, editors, designers en andere creatieve makers. Daarnaast geef je richting en feedback aan designers binnen het team en help je het creatieve niveau continu verder te brengen. Retail vraagt om snelheid. Jij weet daarom creativiteit en kwaliteit te combineren met strakke deadlines en een hoge productiesnelheid. Je bent conceptueel sterk, maar krijgt minstens zoveel energie van het daadwerkelijk maken. Wat ga je doen? - Je ontwikkelt campagneconcepten en visuele campagnes voor The Sting en onze vijf merken, van eerste idee tot einduitwerking voor online en offline kanalen; - Je bouwt mee aan de visuele identiteit en branding van onze merken, waaronder logo, typografie, kleur, beeldtaal en grafische stijl; - Je vertaalt de marketingkalender naar sterke visu...
