Wat ga je doen? - Stakeholder Management - Meedenken in verbeterprocessen Over de opdrachtgever Voor een relatie zoeken wij naar een gedreven Credit Controller die uitblinkt in communicatie en het managen van de stakeholders binnen en buiten de organisatie. Als Credit Controller ben je de spil in het terugdringen van de debiteurenstand en fungeer je als essentiële schakel tussen interne afdelingen en externe klanten. Als Credit Controller bij ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en het oplossen van de openstaande facturen. Bovendien draag je als professional bij aan het behoud van een gezonde cashflow binnen onze dynamische, internationale organisatie. Dit doe je onder andere door actief verbeteringen in het proces aan te dragen. Wat ga je doen als "Senior Credit Controller"? - Beheren van de debiteurenadministratie en het maken en bewaken van betalingsafspraken; - Verwerken van de binnenkomende betalingen en het matchen van betalingen met de openstaande facturen; - Opvolgen van de openstaande facturen en het versturen van betalingsherinneringen via e-mail of telefoon; - Onderhouden van klantcontact en het oplossen van eventuele betalingsvraagstukken; - Onderhouden van het contact met de Accountmanagers; - Signaleren en rapporteren van afwijkingen in betalingen; - Het verzorgen van diverse rapportages voor zowel de klant als intern; - Onderhouden van het contact met de externe partners.
