Als Senior Medewerker Debiteuren speel je een sleutelrol binnen de backoffice en heb je een cruciale rol in het beheren en optimaliseren van het incassotraject. Vanaf het moment dat een vordering uit handen wordt gegeven, ben jij verantwoordelijk voor een gestroomlijnde en effectieve opvolging van zowel minnelijke als gerechtelijke incassoprocedures. Je bewaakt de voortgang van betalingsachterstanden, met extra aandacht voor keyaccounts, en zorgt voor een efficiënte samenwerking met externe incassobureaus, deurwaarders en advocaten. Daarnaast ben je voortdurend bezig met procesoptimalisatie en analyseer je trends in betalingsgedrag om verbeterpunten te identificeren. Jouw expertise maakt je een waardevolle sparringpartner voor collega's bij complexe dossiers en juridische vraagstukken. - Actief beheren van het incassotraject en verminderen van betalingsachterstanden. - Optimaliseren van processen en systemen voor een efficiënt debiteurenbeheer. - Adviseren en ondersteunen van collega's bij complexe incassocases. - Onderhouden en versterken van relaties met i...
