Als (Senior) CRM Manager:in übernimmst du die operative Verantwortung für unser HubSpot-Ökosystem und entwickelst unsere CRM-Automatisierung kontinuierlich weiter. Gemeinsam mit der Geschäftsleitung gestaltest du eine zukunftssichere CRM-Infrastruktur, treibst Projekte eigenverantwortlich voran und befähigst unsere Sales-, Marketing- und Customer-Success-Teams durch smartes Enablement, das volle Potenzial unserer Systeme und Daten auszuschöpfen.

Was dich erwartet

¿ HubSpot-Core-Management: Du übernimmst die Konfiguration, Bereitstellung und das fortlaufende Management unseres HubSpot CRM-Systems entlang der gesamten Customer Journey von Lead bis Retention. ¿ Prozess-Automatisierung: Du konzipierst und implementierst smarte Workflows und Automatisierungen, um die Effizienz unserer Teams zu steigern und unsere Lead-Nurturing-Prozesse zu optimieren. ¿ AI Integration: Identifikation und Implementierung von KI-gestützten Automatisierungen im CRM-Umfeld, Evaluierung neuer AI-Tools und deren Integration in bestehende Prozesse ¿ Prozess-Dokumentation: Dokumentation bestehender und neu entwickelter Geschäftsprozesse ¿ System-Integration: Du bindest HubSpot nahtlos an andere Tools und Drittsysteme an und stellst einen fehlerfreien Datenfluss sicher. ¿ Data & Analytics: Du baust maßgeschneiderte Dashboards und Reports. Durch die kontinuierliche Analyse von KPIs (z. B. MRR, Conversions oder Retention Rate) lieferst du wertvolle Insights für das gesamte Team. ¿ Enablement & Support: Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für interne CRM-Fragen und coachst unsere Mitarbeiter:innen, damit sie das System optimal nutzen können. ¿ Governance & Datenschutz: Du überwachst die Einhaltung von Datenschutzrichtlinien (insb. DSGVO/GDPR) innerhalb des CRM-Systems.

Was wir uns von dir wünschen ¿ Erfahrung: Du hast mindestens 2 Jahre fundierte Berufserfahrung mit HubSpot und im CRM-Management. ¿ KI Mindset: Die Nutzung von KI Lösungen wie Gemini, Claude und n8n ist für dich selbstverständlicher Teil deiner täglichen Arbeit. ¿ Projektleitungskompetenz: Du bist es gewohnt, Projekte komplett selbstständig und eigenverantwortlich zu steuern - von der Idee bis zum Go-Live. ¿ Technisches Mindset: Du bringst ein exzellentes technisches Verständnis für Systemlandschaften, Datenstrukturen und Schnittstellen (APIs) mit. ¿ Arbeitsweise: Ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, strukturiertes Zeitmanagement und ein extrem genauer Blick fürs Detail zeichnen dich aus. ¿ Sprachkenntnisse: Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und besitzt sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
