Als Senior Customer Service Officer ben jij de centrale schakel tussen onze klanten, het logistieke team, planning en sales. Je beheert het volledige order-to-cashproces en zorgt dat de klanten tijdig en correct worden beleverd. Dankzij jouw analytisch inzicht, klantgerichtheid en helicopterview loopt alles vlot, ook wanneer deadlines samenvallen of prioriteiten snel verschuiven.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Klantbeheer & coördinatie

  • Je bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor onze industriële klanten binnen Europa.
  • Je bouwt duurzame relaties op en stemt nauw af met planning, logistiek en sales.
  • Je volgt forecasts, leveringsafspraken en contractuele voorwaarden proactief op.

Orderverwerking & transportcoördinatie

  • Je verwerkt bestellingen in het ERP-systeem en bewaakt de volledige leveringsstroom: van order tot facturatie.
  • Je stemt dagelijks af met onze interne en externe logistieke partners over transportplanning, beschikbaarheden en levertermijnen.
  • Je anticipeert op mogelijke vertragingen en zoekt proactief naar oplossingen.

Administratie & rapportering

  • Je beheert klanten- en artikeldata, prijstabellen en contractcondities.
  • Je ondersteunt de afdeling met analyses rond leverbetrouwbaarheid, volumes en klanttevredenheid.

Klachtenbehandeling & procesoptimalisatie

  • Je registreert klachten en coördineert opvolging met de kwaliteits- en logistieke teams.
  • Je denkt actief mee over verbeterprojecten binnen customer service en supply chain.
  • Je neemt een voorbeeldrol op binnen het team en ondersteunt junior collega's bij complexe dossiers.
  • Bachelor in logistiek, supply chain, exportmanagement of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Minstens 3 à 5 jaar ervaring in customer service of orderadministratie, bij voorkeur in een internationale B2B-omgeving.
  • Vlotte communicator in Nederlands en Engels (Frans of Duits is een plus).
  • Ervaring met SAP of een vergelijkbaar ERP-systeem.
  • Sterk analytisch, accuraat en organisatorisch.
  • Je neemt ownership, blijft kalm onder druk en houdt van structuur.
  • Bereid maximaal 2 dagen per week van thuis uit te werken.
