Kom als Senior Cyber Underwriter werken bij een innovatief, snelgroeiend bedrijf en geef een nieuwe invulling aan de toekomst van cyberrisicobeheer! In deze dynamische functie houd je je niet alleen bezig met het beoordelen van cyberrisico's, maar ontwikkel je ook strategieën voor het MKB in Vlaanderen en Nederland. Werk samen met de verkoop- en schadeteams om makelaars aan te trekken, de aanpak af te stemmen op lokale markten en bedrijven te ondersteunen voor, tijdens en na incidenten. Beschrijving Er is een verschil tussen het verzekeren van een portefeuille… en het mede vormgeven van de manier waarop een markt omgaat met cyberrisico's. Ik werk momenteel samen met een snelgroeiende Europese speler die speciaal is opgericht rond cyberrisico's. In slechts enkele jaren tijd is het uitgegroeid tot een kapitaalkrachtige scale-up met sterke steun van vooraanstaande investeerders en een klantenbestand van duizenden MKB-bedrijven in heel Europa. Hun ambitie is duidelijk: een toonaangevende referentie worden op het gebied van cyberrisicobeheer, waarbij verzekeringen worden gecombineerd met preventie, monitoring en incidentrespons. In de praktijk betekent dit dat ze niet alleen ingrijpen als er iets misgaat. Ze streven ernaar bedrijven te ondersteunen vóór, tijdens en na een incident, wat de rol die acceptatie in het geheel speelt fundamenteel verandert. Om hun groei in de Benelux te ondersteunen, zijn ze op zoek naar een Senior Cyber Underwriter voor Vlaanderen en Nederland, twee markten met hun eigen dynamiek, die beide cruciaal zijn voor hun uitbreidingsstrategie. Wat de functie inhoudt: - Underwriting en prijsbepaling van cyberrisico's voor MKB- en mid-marketklanten - Opbouwen en beheren van de portefeuille in Vlaander...
