* Du entwickelst die Common Data Platform auf GCP kontinuierlich weiter und verantwortest deren technische Architektur.

* Du baust dezentrale Datenprodukte nach Data-Mesh-Prinzipien auf und etablierst klare Ownership-, Qualitäts- und Lifecycle-Modelle.

* Du entwickelst gemeinsam mit den Data-Product-Teams Standards für Data Governance, Security, Datenschutz und Datenqualität.

* Du stellst Reliability, Skalierbarkeit, Performance und Kostenbewusstsein sicher - unter anderem durch geeignete SLOs, Monitoring und FinOps-Praktiken.

* Du übernimmst die technische Führung, coachst Kolleg:innen und förderst Standards, Wiederverwendung sowie eine gemeinsame Engineering-Kultur.

* Du beobachtest neue Technologien und bewertest deren Nutzen pragmatisch.

Qualifikationen

* Du verfügst über einen Hochschulabschluss in Data Science, Informatik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung und bringst mindestens 6 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Data, Platform oder Cloud Engineering mit.

* Du hast fundierte Erfahrung mit der Google Cloud Platform, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt auf BigQuery; Azure-Erfahrung ist ebenfalls willkommen.

* Du verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse in Python und SQL sowie Erfahrung mit skalierbaren Datenplattformen.

* Du kennst dich mit Reliability, Performance, Security, Kostenoptimierung, Data Mesh, Datenprodukten und Data Governance aus.

* Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung mit Terraform und Infrastructure as Code.

* Du kommunizierst klar, verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und fliessendes Englisch, bist offen für neue Technologien und arbeitest selbstständig sowie lösungsorientiert.
