Als Senior Designer ben je één van de creatieve krachten achter onze projecten. Je start vanuit een briefing, een merk en een verhaal en vertaalt die naar een sterk ruimtelijk concept met een duidelijke identiteit. Je denkt verder dan de voor de hand liggende oplossing en zoekt telkens naar het idee dat een project onderscheidend maakt.

Je combineert creativiteit met ruimtelijk inzicht en voldoende technische feeling om van bij de start rekening te houden met haalbaarheid, materiaalgebruik, productie en budget. Je werkt nauw samen met sales, projectmanagement, technisch tekenaars en ons eigen atelier.

Van de eerste schets en pitch tot de presentatie bij de klant en de overdracht naar technische uitwerking blijf je nauw betrokken. Als senior profiel neem je bovendien een actieve rol op in de creatieve kwaliteit, kennisdeling en ontwikkeling van het designteam.

We zoeken geen designer die enkel sterk is in visualisatie. We zoeken een ervaren ontwerper met een eigen visie, een sterk gevoel voor esthetiek en het vermogen om vanuit een blanco blad tot een krachtig concept te komen.

Je hebt de maturiteit om zelfstandig een creatief traject te dragen, prioriteiten te stellen en verantwoordelijkheid te nemen. Tegelijk werk je graag samen met andere disciplines om tot het beste resultaat te komen.

· Een opleiding in interieurarchitectuur, interieurvormgeving, architectuur, productdesign of een vergelijkbare creatieve richting.

· Minimaal 5 jaar relevante ervaring als designer, interieurarchitect of ruimtelijk ontwerper.

· Goede kennis van Vectorworks; ervaring met Interiorcad is een sterke troef.

· Ervaring binnen standenbouw, interieurinrichting, schrijnwerk of maatwerkmeubilair is een grote troef.

· Het vermogen om zowel conceptueel als pragmatisch te denken.

· Sterke communicatieve en presentatievaardigheden en voldoende zelfvertrouwen om jouw ontwerpkeuzes toe te lichten bij klanten.
