Heb je veel ervaring in digitale marketing, vind je het leuk om van idee -tot-en-met-optimalisatie verantwoordelijk te zijn voor online (engagement) campagnes en loop je graag voorop in vernieuw en innovatie binnen digitale marketing? Ons nog jonge Team Digitaal is dé plek waar donateurgerichtheid, (digitale) innovatie en resultaat centraal staan. We spreken onze (nieuwe) donateurs aan via online kanalen (owned en paid) en bi nden hen aan Open Doors. Daarnaast staat ons team klaar om d e drijvende kracht te zijn achter vernieuwing en innovatie. We zijn verantwoordelijk voor het nog persoonlijker maken van onze donateursreis. WAT GA JIJ DOEN? Je werkt als Digit al Marketeer dagelijks aan het creëren en optimaliseren van online campagnes. J e bent verantwoordelijk voor het aanjagen van innovatie met betrekking tot personalisatie binnen de volledige marketing funnel. We willen hyper-personal zijn in onze interactie met verschillende donateurs. Door zowel kleine als grote experimenten dragen we bij aan vernieuwing. Altijd op basis van de kennis en expertise die we in huis hebben en de juiste data. De kandidaat die wij zoeken vindt het leuk om betrokken te zijn bij vernieuwing. Idealiter heb je ervaring met online personalisatie via marketing automation en volg je de ontwikkelingen op dit vlak op de voet. Team Digitaal bestaat uit verschillende online marketeers, ieder verantwoordelijk voor een deel van de verschillende fases in de customer journey. Samen met de contentspecialisten beheren zij de verschillende (alway s on) campagnes , hierbij ondersteund door data -analisten. Uiteraard kunnen we alleen succesvol zijn als we goed samenwerken.
