Du kennst die aktuellen Trends sowie Technologien im Digital Marketing, bleibst stets informiert und bereicherst unsere Strategien mit neuen Perspektiven und Impulsen. Deine Empfehlungen bringst du datenbasiert und überzeugend auf den Punkt, während du auf Augenhöhe mit Kund:innen sowie internen Teams kommunizierst. Mit deiner Hands-on-Mentalität und einem hohen Maß an Eigenverantwortung treibst du Themen selbstständig voran. Du arbeitest eng mit der Beratung sowie der Kreation zusammen und sorgst für höchste Qualität in der Umsetzung.

Deine Rolle

* Du führst 2 bis 3 Kunden digital in enger Abstimmung mit Beratung und Kreation und unterstützt punktuell bei Pitches, Ausschreibungen sowie Projekten anderer Kunden * Du entwickelst ganzheitliche Digitalstrategien inklusive Zielgruppenanalyse, Channel-Mix, Formaten, KPIs und Budgetverteilung * Du steuerst die operative Umsetzung, führst regelmäßige Quality Checks der Kampagnen durch, weist Aufgaben im Team gezielt zu und sorgst für klare Strukturen im Projektablauf * Du bist regelmäßig im Austausch mit deinen Kund:innen, präsentierst Strategien sowie Ergebnisse und empfiehlst konkrete nächste Schritte * Du überprüfst Inhalte sowie Werbemittel auf strategische Passung und Qualität * Du analysierst Leistungsdaten, interpretierst KPIs und leitest daraus kontinuierlich Optimierungen ab * Du bringst deine Expertise aktiv in interne Sparrings, Kampagnenentwicklungen und Teamprozesse ein

Deine Qualifikationen

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung im digitalen Marketing mit Schwerpunkt auf strategischer Kundenführung und der Entwicklung integrierter Digitalkampagnen * Technisches Verständnis und versierter Umgang mit modernen Digitalmarketing-Tools (z. B. Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, GA4, Looker Studio / Data Studio, Google DV360, Adform, HubSpot, LinkedIn, TikTok) sowie Aufgeschlossenheit gegenüber neuen Tech-Lösungen * Starkes analytisches Denken, die Fähigkeit zur verständlichen Vermittlung komplexer KPIs und eine ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz * Hohe Eigeninitiative, verlässliche Selbstorganisation und eine zupackende Hands-on-Mentalität * Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und Freude daran, fachliche Verantwortung zu übernehmen und Aufgaben zielgerichtet zu koordinieren * Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift * Souveränes Auftreten sowie starke Präsentationskompetenz intern wie extern

Für die Position als Mid-Level Digital Strategist bieten wir ein Jahresbruttogehalt ab € 43.000, für die Position als Senior Digital Strategist ein Jahresbruttogehalt ab € 53.000 auf Vollzeitbasis. Natürlich sind wir je nach Qualifikation und Vorkenntnissen für eine Überzahlung offen.
