En tant que Senior Direct & Indirect Buyer, vous collaborez avec l’équipe achats et accompagnez vos clients internes de tout département confondu.

Voici vos principales responsabilités :

  • Vous prenez en charge des achats directs et indirects sur un périmètre varié : outillage, matériaux, fournitures techniques, prestations de services liées aux infrastructures et installations et sous-traitance ;
  • Vous analysez les besoins internes, suivez les tendances du marché et identifiez les pistes d’optimisation, de rationalisation et d’innovation, notamment dans une logique durable ;
  • Vous pilotez les appels d’offres en autonomie, de la rédaction du cahier des charges à l’analyse des offres, jusqu’aux notes d’attribution et au suivi après attribution ;
  • Vous veillez à la conformité des mises en concurrence, au respect des règles de marchés publics, à la qualité documentaire des dossiers et à la bonne exécution des contrats : KPI, échéances, renouvellements et performance fournisseurs ;
  • Vous traitez les demandes d’achats, vérifiez leur cadre contractuel et accompagnez les équipes interne dans la construction de dossiers solides, complets et conformes ;
  • Vous collaborez avec les interlocuteurs terrain afin de comprendre les besoins réels, challenger les informations reçues et proposer des solutions adaptées ;
  • Vous identifiez, évaluez et sélectionnez les fournisseurs selon des critères de qualité, coût, délai, durabilité et fiabilité, puis négociez les meilleures conditions pour garantir des prestations performantes ;
  • Vous utilisez les outils internes de gestion des achats, notamment Adfinity pour les demandes d’achats et Mercatus pour les marchés publics, ainsi qu’Excel pour suivre les dossiers, structurer les données et construire des reportings clairs ;
  • Vous adoptez une posture de coach achats auprès de vos clients internes et accompagnez les profils juniors dans une logique de partage, de formation et de montée en compétence, sans dimension managériale directe.
