Wie Sie MITWIRKEN * Strategische und operative Steuerung des Innovationsportfolios, sowie strategische Verantwortung für die technologische Weiterentwicklung * Führung und Weiterentwicklung der Technologie-und Innovationsbereiche * Identifikation und Bewertung neuer Technologien, Materialien und Fertigungsverfahren * Steuerung von Forschungs- und Entwicklungsprojekten von der Konzeptphase bis zur Serienreife und erfolgreichen Industrialisierung * Verantwortung für die technologische Umsetzung von Innovationsprojekten * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Engineering, Qualität, Einkauf, Vertrieb und Produktmanagement * Aufbau und Pflege strategischer Partnerschaften mit Kunden, Lieferanten, Forschungseinrichtungen, Universitäten und Technologiepartnern * Beobachtung von Markt-, Technologie- und Branchentrends * Fördermanagement im Technologiebereich * Personelle und fachliche Führung des Technology Teams

Was Sie MITBRINGEN * Abgeschlossenes PhD oder Doktoratsstudium in einer technischen oder naturwissenschaftlichen Fachrichtung, vorzugsweise Werkstoffwissenschaften oder entsprechende Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position * Mehrjährige Führungs- und Ergebnisverantwortung in industrieller Forschung und Entwicklung, Technologie, Innovation oder einem vergleichbaren funktionsübergreifenden Bereich * Nachgewiesene Erfahrung mit Innovationsportfolios von der Ideenbewertung über Entwicklung und Qualifizierung bis zu Industrialisierung, Markteinführung oder Integration in der Linienorganisation * Erfahrung mit Budget-, Ressourcen- und Business-Case-Verantwortung sowie mit Entscheidungen über Start, Fortführung, Stopp oder Skalierung von Initiativen * Sichere Kommunikation in Deutsch und Englisch in technischen, kaufmännischen und Managementsituationen, sowie Bereitschaft zur Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Kunden und Partnern * internationale Reisebereitschaft (mind. 25%)

Je nach Berufserfahrung und Qualifikation besteht die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
