  • Voor een modern boekhoudkantoor in de regio Keerbergen zoeken wij een enthousiaste Dossierbeheerder.
  • Je komt terecht op een wel heel bijzondere locatie: een gezellige, rustgevende werkplek tussen de bomen.

??? Jouw dag als Senior Dossierbeheerder

  • Je start met het nauwkeurig inboeken van aan- en verkoopfacturen en de financiële verrichtingen.
  • Je bereidt de btw-aangiftes voor zodat alles fiscaal on point is.
  • Je assisteert ervaren collega's bij de tussentijdse- en jaarafsluitingen, dé ideale manier om de kneepjes van het vak te leren.
  • Je onderhoudt het contact met klanten en groeit toe naar een rol waarin je hen proactief kunt adviseren.
  • Je beheert gaandeweg je eigen dossiers, waarbij je altijd kunt terugvallen op je team.
  • Zorgen dat deadlines tijdig behaalt worden.
  • Opleiding en begeleiding geven aan nieuwe collega's en/of stagiairs.
  • Je neemt de leiding over 8 collega's.

Profiel

?? Wie ben jij?

  • Je bent in het bezit van een Bachelor Accountancy-Fiscaliteit of een graduaat boekhouden.
  • Je werkt uiterst nauwkeurig, resultaatgericht en beschikt over een sterk analytisch inzicht.
  • Je bent stressbestendig, ook wanneer de deadlines van de btw-aangiftes naderen.
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer, maar hebt ook de discipline om zelfstandig aan je dossiers te werken.
  • Je hebt een gezonde dosis leergierigheid en de zin om jezelf continu verder te ontwikkelen.
