Ben jij een ervaren accountant of dossierbeheerder die klaar is om zijn of haar expertise verder uit te bouwen? Zoek je een moderne werkomgeving waar digitalisering centraal staat en waar je terechtkomt in een hecht team?

Voor een sterk groeiend accountantskantoor in Ninove zijn we op zoek naar een Senior Dossierbeheerder / Accountant. Je komt terecht in een team van ongeveer 10 collega's en maakt deel uit van een grotere organisatie met verschillende vestigingen en een 50-tal medewerkers.

Het kantoor begeleidt voornamelijk vennootschappen en vrije beroepers en staat bekend om zijn persoonlijke aanpak, professionele dienstverlening en sterke focus op digitalisering. Als senior krijg je bovendien de nodige zelfstandigheid om je eigen klantenportefeuille te beheren en klanten inhoudelijk te adviseren.

Jouw rol

Vanaf je opstart krijg je de nodige begeleiding om de werking en klanten van het kantoor goed te leren kennen. Daarna neem je zelfstandig een portefeuille van dossiers voor je rekening.

Je verantwoordelijkheden bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Je staat in voor de volledige opvolging van jouw dossiers, van verwerking tot afsluiting.
  • Je verwerkt boekhoudkundige documenten en zorgt ervoor dat de administratie correct en up-to-date blijft.
  • Je bereidt balansen en jaarrekeningen voor.
  • Je verzorgt aangiftes voor zowel de personen- als vennootschapsbelasting.
  • Je maakt financiële rapporteringen op en analyseert de belangrijkste cijfers.
  • Je zit regelmatig samen met klanten om hun resultaten en financiële situatie te bespreken.
  • Je denkt actief mee over fiscale optimalisaties, investeringen en andere financiële vraagstukken.
  • Voor complexere dossiers werk je nauw samen met de teamleader en je collega's.

Jouw profiel

Voor deze functie zijn we op zoek naar iemand die:

  • Een Bachelor of Master in Accountancy-Fiscaliteit heeft behaald, of gelijkwaardige ervaring kan aantonen.
  • Reeds een ruime ervaring heeft binnen een accountants- of consultancyomgeving, idealiter ongeveer 3-4 jaar.
  • Zelfstandig kan werken en verantwoordelijkheid durft opnemen over klantendossiers.
  • Sterk is in communicatie en graag rechtstreeks met klanten samenwerkt.
  • Een ITAA-titel bezit of bezig is met het behalen ervan. Dit is een pluspunt.
  • Ervaring met Exact Online en Silverfin heeft. Kennis van deze pakketten is mooi meegenomen, maar zeker geen must.
