Wie zijn we?

Finatieq is een kantoor met vestigingen in Oostkamp en Roeselare. Ondanks een snelle groei, blijven we onze familiale cultuur trouw. We werken in kleine teams, waar open communicatie en een rechttoe rechtaan mentaliteit centraal staan.

‘Impacct’ maken, zowel bij klanten als bij collega’s, daar doen we het voor. We willen niet alleen de boekhoudkundige en fiscale verplichtingen voor onze klanten voldoen, maar willen vooral een ondernemerscoach zijn, die meedenkt met de klant om samen te kunnen groeien.

We kijken naar de personen achter de onderneming en helpen hen hun doelen te bereiken en leven te optimaliseren door hen mentaal en financieel te coachen.

We begeleiden hen van a-z, van opstart tot beëindiging.

Dit gebeurt door ons team zelf, maar ook door externe partners, zolang er maar een meerwaarde geboden wordt.

We houden ervan om mensen te verbinden en te laten groeien.

We streven naar een hoogwaardige en proactieve begeleiding.

We omringen ons graag met gemotiveerde, leergierige mensen die deze visie delen en een bijdrage willen leveren in ons verhaal en dat van ons cliënteel.

De functie

Als senior dossierbeheerder krijg je de volledige verantwoordelijkheid over jouw dossiers. Voor deze ondernemers en KMO’s ben jij hun vast aanspreekpunt en begeleid je ze van a tot z.

Jouw taken zijn o.a. :

  • Opmaken en indienen van diverse fiscale aangiftes en jaarrekeningen
  • Resultaten optimaliseren en analyseren
  • Ondernemers coachen en adviseren
  • Junior collega’s begeleiden en coachen

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je bezit een diploma binnen Accountancy – Fiscaliteit of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt de nodige praktijkervaring achter de rug.
  • Je bent IT minded en kan goed met computerprogramma’s overweg.
  • Heb je reeds met Adsolut (Kluwer) en/of Exact online gewerkt? Dan heb je een streepje voor.
