The posting

Counto is een accountantskantoor in Tielt met veertien collega's. Jong, enthousiast en familiaal: klein genoeg om elkaar te kennen, groot genoeg om elke vraag in huis te beantwoorden. We werken voor ondernemers uit de streek en we doen dat persoonlijk, kwalitatief en digitaal. In die volgorde.

Als senior dossierbeheerder ben jij de collega bij wie de anderen aankloppen en de accountant die met de ondernemer aan tafel zit. Numbers are ours, the story is yours. Zo ziet je dag eruit:

• Je beheert een eigen portefeuille met de dossiers waar het meest in zit: vennootschappen, managementvennootschappen en ondernemers met meerdere activiteiten.

• Je zit aan tafel bij de bespreking van de jaarrekening en je adviseert over resultaat, fiscale optimalisatie, investeringen en structuur.

• Je bent het tweede paar ogen. Jaarrekeningen en adviezen van je collega's gaan pas buiten nadat jij ze zag.

• Je begeleidt juniors en mediors en je deelt wat je weet, in het dossier en in het team.

• Je ziet waar de werkwijze beter kan en je brengt het aan. We testen klein en schalen daarna.

• Je hebt minstens vijf jaar ervaring op een boekhoudkantoor.

• Een ITAA-titel is een plus, geen vereiste. Wil je hem behalen, dan begeleiden we je in dat traject.

• Je kent vennootschapsbelasting, btw en personenbelasting grondig en je kan ze uitleggen aan iemand die er niets van kent.

• Je beslist in je dossiers en je informeert je collega's. Je hoeft je niet te verantwoorden, wel te delen.

• Je bent stipt, je blijft bijleren en je gebruikt je gezond verstand.

• Je deelt graag wat je weet, en helpt collega’s om verder te groeien!
