Geen traditioneel accountantskantoor, wél een plek waar je graag binnenstapt

Stel je een gerenoveerde villa voor waar professionaliteit en een ontspannen sfeer perfect samengaan. Geen kille kantoorruimtes, maar een aangename werkomgeving met veel groen, een ruime tuin en een terras waar je tijdens de lunch even kunt genieten.

Ook praktisch zit je goed: er zijn douches en kleedruimtes aanwezig én je trouwe viervoeter mag gewoon mee naar het werk. Dankzij de ligging nabij de E17 is het kantoor bovendien vlot bereikbaar vanuit verschillende richtingen.

Je komt terecht in een team van ongeveer 20 medewerkers. We werken volledig digitaal en maken gebruik van hedendaagse accountancytools. Vanuit het kantoor ondersteunen we een gevarieerd klantenbestand van zo'n 500 ondernemingen en organisaties, actief in onder meer vastgoed, productie, non-profit en de diamantwereld.

Jouw rol

Als Senior Dossierbeheerder krijg je de ruimte om écht eigenaar te zijn van je dossiers.

Je begeleidt klanten van begin tot eind en neemt de volledige opvolging van hun boekhouding en fiscale administratie voor jouw rekening. Je bewaakt deadlines, denkt mee over hun financiële situatie en bent voor jouw klanten een betrouwbaar aanspreekpunt.

Je ervaring bepaalt mee hoeveel verantwoordelijkheid je opneemt. Naarmate je groeit in de functie, krijg je steeds meer ruimte om je expertise in te zetten, collega's te ondersteunen en mee te denken over de beste aanpak binnen je dossiers.

Kortom: veel zelfstandigheid, vertrouwen en afwisseling, zonder dat je er alleen voor staat.

Jouw profiel

Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand die:

  • al enkele jaren ervaring binnen accountancy heeft opgebouwd;
  • een graduaat, bachelor of vergelijkbare praktijkervaring kan voorleggen;
  • graag werkt in een omgeving waar collega's makkelijk bij elkaar binnenlopen voor overleg;
  • nauwkeurig en gestructureerd te werk gaat;
  • klanten professioneel en persoonlijk weet te begeleiden;
  • zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid durft nemen over een eigen portefeuille.
