Voor een modern accountancykantoor met meerdere vestigingen in Oost- en West-Vlaanderen zoekt Konnekt een Senior Dossierbeheerder A-Z die vooral op zoek is naar een omgeving waar hij of zij zichzelf kan zijn.

Waarom zou elke dossierbeheerder hetzelfde carrièrepad moeten volgen? In dit moderne accountancykantoor staat persoonlijke groei centraal, binnen een hecht team van een 14-tal collega’s met uiteenlopende persoonlijkheden en talenten. Ervaren collega’s begeleiden medewerkers stap voor stap, met ruimte om te leren en te groeien tot een sterke accountant. Samen wordt gekeken naar ieders sterktes en ambities, zodat de functie en het carrièrepad daarop kunnen worden afgestemd.

Functieomschrijving Als senior dossierbeheerder krijg je hier niet zomaar een vast takenpakket voorgeschoteld. Je neemt zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid over jouw dossiers en krijgt tegelijk de vrijheid om je rol verder uit te bouwen volgens jouw expertise en interesses.

Je zal onder andere:

  • klantendossiers van A tot Z beheren;
  • btw-aangiftes, jaarrekeningen en fiscale aangiftes opmaken;
  • klanten adviseren wanneer dit aansluit bij jouw rol;
  • op termijn junior collega's begeleiden en hen ondersteunen in hun professionele groei;
  • samenwerken binnen een toegankelijk en behulpzaam team;
  • jezelf blijven ontwikkelen binnen een moderne, digitale werkomgeving.
  • Je hebt minstens 3 à 4 jaar relevante ervaring binnen een accountancykantoor en kan zelfstandig dossiers beheren.
  • Je wil je verder ontwikkelen binnen accountancy en fiscaliteit, zowel verticaal als horizontaal.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, kwaliteitsgericht en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid op binnen je dossiers.
  • Je zoekt een kantoor waar je jouw expertise verder kan uitbouwen én waar ruimte is om jouw carrière mee vorm te geven volgens jouw ambities.
