Binnen een groeiend en vooruitstrevend accountancy- en advieskantoor, geleid door twee down-to-earth vennoten, staat een persoonlijke en proactieve aanpak centraal. Sinds de oprichting zo'n zes jaar geleden bouwde het kantoor een stabiel en hecht team uit van zeven medewerkers, met een opvallend sterk kenmerk: er is tot vandaag geen verloop.

Met plannen voor de opstart van een nieuw kantoor en een duidelijke ambitie om verder te groeien, begeleiden ze ondernemers over het volledige traject van boekhouding tot strategisch advies. Dankzij een geïntegreerde werking rond accountancy, tax, corporate finance en consulting wordt sterk ingezet op maatwerk, inzicht en duurzame groei. Daarbij kiezen ze bewust voor een kwalitatieve klantenportefeuille zonder horeca, wat zorgt voor focus en diepgang in de dienstverlening.

Als senior dossierbeheerder beheer je zelfstandig een portefeuille van klantendossiers van A tot Z. Je bent een echte vertrouwenspersoon voor je klanten, denkt proactief mee en vertaalt cijfers naar heldere inzichten. De rol biedt veel autonomie, intens klantencontact en inhoudelijke verdieping binnen een dynamische en ondernemende omgeving.

Senior Dossierbeheerder - Job omschrijving:

  • Je beheert autonoom klantendossiers van A tot Z, inclusief boekhouding, btw-verwerkingen en de correcte naleving van fiscale verplichtingen.
  • Je stelt jaarrekeningen, tussentijdse rapporteringen en fiscale aangiften op en vertaalt cijfers naar duidelijke en bruikbare inzichten.
  • Je onderhoudt rechtstreeks en adviserend klantencontact, anticipeert op vragen en denkt proactief mee over optimalisaties.

Senior Dossierbeheerder - Profiel:

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor accountancy-fiscaliteit en relevante ervaring binnen een accountants- of boekhoudkantoor.
  • Je hebt een grondige kennis van btw, personenbelasting en vennootschapsbelasting en past deze zelfstandig toe.
  • Je combineert analytisch inzicht met sterke communicatievaardigheden en werkt gestructureerd en nauwkeurig.
