Voor een stabiel en goed georganiseerd accountantskantoor in de regio Putte zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren dossierbeheerder die zijn of haar dossiers met vertrouwen en zelfstandigheid beheert. Dit kantoor heeft doorheen de jaren een sterke reputatie opgebouwd bij ondernemers en KMO’s. Geen fabriek van dossiers, maar een omgeving waar kwaliteit, advies en langetermijnrelaties centraal staan. De organisatie combineert een professionele structuur met een menselijke aanpak. Collega’s werken hier niet naast elkaar, maar met elkaar. Er wordt geïnvesteerd in mensen, kennis en duurzame groei.

Voor een ervaren accountant betekent dit vooral: autonomie, vertrouwen en de ruimte om echt mee te denken met klanten.

Jouw rol: meer dan enkel dossiers verwerken Als ervaren dossierbeheerder neem je volledige verantwoordelijkheid over een eigen klantenportefeuille. Je volgt dossiers van A tot Z op en fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor jouw klanten.

Concreet betekent dit dat je:

  • zelfstandig dossiers beheert van A tot Z
  • jaarrekeningen en fiscale aangiften voorbereidt en finaliseert
  • ondernemers adviseert en meedenkt over hun financiële en fiscale structuur
  • opportuniteiten of optimalisaties detecteert binnen dossiers
  • junior collega’s ondersteunt en begeleidt waar nodig
  • actief bijdraagt aan de verdere professionalisering van het kantoor

Je bent dus niet enkel uitvoerend bezig, maar een echte partner voor ondernemers. Je herkent jezelf in het volgende profiel als jij:

  • Een Bachelor Accountancy-Fiscaliteit of Master TEW (Accountancy/Fiscaliteit) op zak hebt
  • Minstens 4 jaar ervaring binnen een fiduciair kantoor hebt
  • Je dossiers zelfstandig kan behandelen en nodige verantwoordelijkheid neemt
  • Nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en klantgericht werkt
  • Proactief meedenkt met klanten en collega’s
  • Een teamspeler bent zonder haantjesgedrag

Kennis van Frans en/of Engels is mooi meegenomen, maar absoluut geen must!
