Ben je een ervaren accountant die zelfstandig dossiers wil beheren én inhoudelijk wil doorgroeien binnen accountancy en fiscaliteit? Als Senior / Supervisor Accountant & Tax Advisor neem je verantwoordelijkheid over een eigen klantenportefeuille van A tot Z. Je combineert accountancy, fiscaliteit en rapportering met klantenadvies en de begeleiding van collega’s. Afhankelijk van jouw ervaring en ambitie kan de functie verder evolueren richting supervisie, coaching en een bredere adviesrol.

Functie omschrijving

  • Je beheert zelfstandig een portefeuille van boekhoudkundige en fiscale dossiers van A tot Z, van dagelijkse opvolging tot afsluiting.
  • Je staat in voor tussentijdse en jaarlijkse afsluitingen en verzorgt de jaarrekening en bijhorende verslaggeving.
  • Je stelt financiële rapporteringen op, analyseert cijfers en vertaalt deze naar duidelijke inzichten voor klanten.
  • Je bereidt fiscale en sociale aangiften voor, dient deze correct en tijdig in en bewaakt de fiscale verplichtingen binnen jouw dossiers.
  • Je begeleidt en coacht collega-accountants die meewerken aan jouw dossiers en controleert hun voorbereidend werk.
  • Je neemt, afhankelijk van jouw ervaring en ambitie, deel aan klantenbesprekingen en groeit verder als inhoudelijk aanspreekpunt en financieel-fiscaal adviseur.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor of master binnen Accountancy-Fiscaliteit, Handelswetenschappen, TEW, Rechten of een andere relevante bedrijfseconomische of juridische richting.
  • Je hebt minimaal 6 jaar relevante ervaring binnen accountancy en fiscaliteit, bij voorkeur binnen een accountants-, boekhoud- of advieskantoor.
  • Je kunt dossiers zelfstandig beheren en beschikt over een grondige kennis van afsluitingen, jaarrekeningen, rapportering en fiscale aangiften.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en combineert analytisch inzicht met een nauwkeurige, gestructureerde en klantgerichte aanpak.
  • Je deelt graag kennis en hebt de maturiteit om minder ervaren collega’s te begeleiden, te coachen en hun werk inhoudelijk op te volgen.
  • Ervaring met Adsolut, Silverfin, Accon en/of Clearfacts is een troef; ambitie om een ITAA-certificering te behalen of verder uit te bouwen wordt ondersteund.
