Ben jij een ervaren accountant die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt over zijn eigen dossiers en klanten? Wil je terechtkomen in een hedendaags accountantskantoor waar je niet gewoon cijfers verwerkt, maar ook echt betrokken wordt bij het verhaal achter de onderneming?

Voor een groeiend accountantskantoor in Heist-op-den-Berg zijn we op zoek naar een Senior Dossierbeheerder die zelfstandig kan werken en graag een vertrouwensrelatie opbouwt met ondernemers. Je krijgt de ruimte om jouw dossiers van A tot Z te beheren en klanten te ondersteunen bij zowel hun dagelijkse boekhouding als meer complexe fiscale vraagstukken.

Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar digitalisering en efficiëntie hand in hand gaan met een persoonlijke klantenbenadering. Er is bovendien voldoende ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen en jouw expertise verder uit te bouwen.

Senior Dossierbeheerder – Functie

  • Je neemt de volledige verantwoordelijkheid over een eigen klantenportefeuille en volgt deze zelfstandig op.
  • Je verwerkt en controleert de boekhouding en zorgt ervoor dat de dossiers administratief en fiscaal correct worden opgevolgd.
  • Je bereidt periodieke btw-aangiftes voor en staat in voor de aangiftes in de personen- en vennootschapsbelasting.
  • Je verzorgt de jaarafsluitingen en maakt jaarrekeningen en fiscale rapporteringen op.
  • Je bent een klankbord voor ondernemers en denkt mee over hun financiële en fiscale situatie.
  • Je signaleert fiscale opportuniteiten en geeft klanten praktisch en onderbouwd advies.
  • Je ondersteunt minder ervaren collega's en deelt jouw kennis waar nodig.
  • Je onderhoudt rechtstreeks contact met klanten en zorgt ervoor dat zij steeds op een correcte en duidelijke manier worden verder geholpen.

Senior Dossierbeheerder – Profiel

  • Je hebt een bachelor of master in Accountancy-Fiscaliteit, Handelswetenschappen, TEW of een vergelijkbare economische richting.
  • Je beschikt over minstens 8 jaar ervaring binnen een boekhoud- of accountantskantoor.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met het zelfstandig beheren van dossiers van A tot Z.
  • Fiscaliteit spreekt je aan en je vindt het belangrijk om klanten ook inhoudelijk te adviseren.
  • Je bent analytisch, nauwkeurig en neemt graag initiatief.
  • Je communiceert vlot en voelt je comfortabel in het rechtstreeks contact met ondernemers.
  • Een ITAA-traject of de ambitie om dit verder op te nemen is een pluspunt.
