Onze klant werkt volgens een uniek outsourcingmodel: je wordt aangeworven op hun payroll en ingezet bij verschillende boekhoudkantoren en kmo's. Hierdoor combineer je de zekerheid van een vaste werkgever met de variatie van diverse projecten, klanten en sectoren. Je krijgt de kans om voortdurend nieuwe bedrijven, werkwijzen en uitdagingen te ontdekken, terwijl jouw projecten zorgvuldig worden afgestemd op jouw ervaring, interesses en ambities.

Als Senior Dossierbeheerder neem je de verantwoordelijkheid op voor het beheer van dossiers van A tot Z en fungeer je als een belangrijke sparringpartner voor klanten en collega's. Dankzij jouw expertise draag je actief bij aan een correcte financiële verwerking en een kwalitatieve dienstverlening.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Zelfstandig beheer van boekhoudkundige dossiers van A tot Z.
  • Verwerken en opvolgen van dossiers binnen diverse sectoren en ondernemingen.
  • Opstellen en controleren van btw-aangiftes.
  • Voorbereiden en ondersteunen van aangiftes personenbelasting en vennootschapsbelasting.
  • Actieve betrokkenheid bij maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen.
  • Adviseren van klanten en ondersteunen bij financiële vraagstukken.
  • Signaleren van optimalisaties binnen boekhoudkundige en fiscale processen.
  • Samenwerken met accountants, ITAA-verantwoordelijken en financiële teams.
  • Afhankelijk van het project opnemen van een begeleidende of coachende rol richting minder ervaren collega's.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je beschikt over minimaal 2 jaar relevante ervaring als dossierbeheerder, accountant, boekhouder of accountancy medewerker.
  • Je behaalde een bachelor in een financiële, economische of boekhoudkundige richting.
  • Gelijkwaardige ervaring komt eveneens in aanmerking.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van boekhouding, fiscaliteit en btw.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en georganiseerd.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en bouwt vlot professionele relaties op.
  • Je hebt een analytische mindset en denkt oplossingsgericht.
  • Je bent flexibel en voelt je thuis in verschillende werkomgevingen.
  • Je staat open voor opleidingen en voortdurende professionele ontwikkeling.
  • Je houdt ervan om resultaten neer te zetten en verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen.
