The posting

Voor een groeiend en familiaal accountantskantoor in Ieper en Dadizele zoeken we een Senior Accountant die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt over zijn dossiers en klanten écht wil begeleiden.

Je komt terecht in een jong en ambitieus team waar open communicatie en collegialiteit centraal staan. Je krijgt de ruimte om jouw expertise verder uit te bouwen en op termijn door te groeien richting een echte expert binnen jouw vakgebied.

Jouw taken

  • Je beheert zelfstandig een portefeuille van vennootschappen, eenmanszaken en VZW's.
  • Je volgt jouw dossiers van A tot Z op.
  • Je verwerkt en controleert de boekhouding en staat in voor de nodige fiscale verplichtingen.
  • Je verzorgt de afsluitingen, jaarrekeningen en fiscale aangiftes.
  • Je analyseert de cijfers en bespreekt de resultaten met jouw klanten.
  • Je bent een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor jouw klanten en geeft hen persoonlijk en professioneel advies.
  • Je denkt mee over fiscale en boekhoudkundige optimalisaties.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid over jouw dossiers en bouwt duurzame klantenrelaties uit.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met jouw collega's en deelt jouw kennis waar nodig.
  • Afhankelijk van jouw ervaring en ambities kan je verder doorgroeien binnen het kantoor en richting een ITAA-traject.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor Accountancy-Fiscaliteit of een gelijkwaardige opleiding.
  • Je hebt enkele jaren relevante ervaring, bij voorkeur binnen een boekhoud- of accountantskantoor.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het zelfstandig beheren van dossiers en wil verder groeien in jouw verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je beschikt over een sterke boekhoudkundige en fiscale basis.
  • Je bent klantgericht en voelt je comfortabel bij klantencontact en klantenbesprekingen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en gestructureerd.
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer en vindt het belangrijk om kennis met collega's te delen.
  • Je bent flexibel en staat open voor opleiding en verdere ontwikkeling.
  • Ervaring met Franse wetgeving is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je bent bereid om, afhankelijk van de nood en jouw voorkeur, in Ieper en/of Dadizele te werken.
