Sommige kantoren zijn sterk in boekhouding & andere dan weer in fiscaliteit. Dit kantoor kiest bewust voor beide. Voor een gevestigde en sterk groeiende accountancy- en adviesomgeving in regio Gent zijn wij Konnekt op zoek naar een Senior Dossierbeheerder die verder kijkt dan balansen, btw-aangiftes en deadlines.

Waarom? Omdat de sector verandert. Steeds meer boekhoudkundige processen worden geautomatiseerd. Daardoor ontstaat ruimte voor wat écht het verschil maakt: meedenken met ondernemers, fiscale opportuniteiten detecteren en klanten adviseren bij belangrijke beslissingen. Net daarom investeert dit kantoor vandaag volop in mensen die willen groeien naar een sterk adviserende rol.

Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar expertise gedeeld wordt, waar opleiding geen loze belofte is en waar je omringd wordt door collega's die graag kennis uitwisselen.

Functieomschrijving Naast het beheren van je eigen klanten portefeuille, word je als senior dossierbeheerder een belangrijke sparringpartner voor ondernemers.

Je combineert technische accountancy met een groeiende adviesrol richting klanten met volgende verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je beheert zelfstandig een portefeuille van vennootschappen en ondernemers.
  • Je staat in voor afsluitingen, jaarrekeningen en fiscale aangiftes.
  • Je analyseert cijfers en vertaalt deze naar bruikbaar advies voor klanten.
  • Je detecteert fiscale opportuniteiten en denkt proactief mee met ondernemers.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met fiscalisten, accountants en andere specialisten binnen het kantoor.

Je hoeft geen wandelende fiscale encyclopedie te zijn, maar je begrijpt wel dat de toekomst van accountancy verder gaat dan louter verwerken. Daarom gaat de zoektocht uit naar iemand die:

  • Minstens enkele jaren ervaring heeft als dossierbeheerder binnen een fiduciaire.
  • Zelfstandig dossiers van A tot Z kan beheren.
  • Een eerste fiscale bagage heeft of interesse toont om zich hierin verder te verdiepen.
  • Graag rechtstreeks klanten adviseert en een vertrouwensrelatie opbouwt.
  • Ambitie heeft om inhoudelijk te blijven groeien.
