Voor een sterk gevestigd accountantskantoor in de Kempen zoeken we een Senior Dossierbeheerder die zijn of haar vak kent en klaar is voor een rol met meer inhoud en verantwoordelijkheid.

Je komt terecht in een kantoor dat geleid wordt door twee vennoten met een duidelijke visie: kwaliteit leveren voor ondernemers én een werkomgeving creëren waar mensen graag blijven werken.

Het team bestaat uit een hechte groep van een 14-tal collega’s, met een duidelijke structuur van dossierbeheerders, seniors en verantwoordelijken. Door de verdere groei van het kantoor willen ze vandaag hun senior team versterken.

De klantenportefeuille bestaat voornamelijk uit freelancers, managementvennootschappen en vrije beroepen, waaronder ook medische profielen.

Wat je hier concreet zal doen Als Senior Dossierbeheerder ben je inhoudelijk een belangrijke schakel binnen het team. Je werkt nauw samen met dossierbeheerders en verantwoordelijken en neemt een groot deel van de complexere en inhoudelijke aspecten van dossiers op.

Concreet betekent dit dat je:

  • dossiers inhoudelijk opvolgt en ondersteunt waar nodig
  • dossierbeheerders begeleidt bij hun werk
  • cijfers analyseert en mee nadenkt over optimalisaties
  • complexe boekhoudkundige of fiscale vraagstukken oppakt
  • een belangrijke rol speelt in de kwaliteit van de dossiers

De eindverantwoordelijkheid en klantenbesprekingen liggen bij de verantwoordelijken, maar in de praktijk ben jij vaak de inhoudelijke motor achter het dossier.

Een rol dus voor accountants die meer willen doen dan enkel verwerken. Voor deze rol zoeken we iemand met ervaring én maturiteit binnen de accountancysector.

  • Diploma in Accountancy-Fiscaliteit of een financiële richting
  • Minstens enkele jaren ervaring binnen een boekhoudkantoor of accountantskantoor
  • Sterke kennis van boekhouding, BTW en fiscaliteit
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd
  • Je denkt proactief mee met collega’s en klanten
