Je komt terecht in een groeiend accountantskantoor waar ervaren collega's en junior dossierbeheerders samenwerken in een open en leergierige sfeer. Het team combineert zelfstandigheid met ondersteuning, waardoor kennisdeling en begeleiding vanzelfsprekend zijn. Er is ruimte voor initiatief, verantwoordelijkheid en persoonlijke ontwikkeling, binnen een flexibele werkorganisatie.

In deze rol neem je een adviserende positie op richting klanten en fungeer je als vast aanspreekpunt voor je dossiers. Je beheert jouw portefeuille zelfstandig, zorgt voor een correcte afsluiting en vertaalt cijfers naar duidelijke adviezen die klanten verder helpen. Daarnaast ondersteun je collega's en deel je actief je expertise binnen het team.

Takenpakket

Als senior dossierbeheerder combineer je dossierbeheer met advies en begeleiding:

  • Zelfstandig opvolgen en afwerken van dossiers, inclusief balansen en jaarrekeningen
  • Voorbereiden en indienen van fiscale aangiftes (BTW, personen- en vennootschapsbelasting)
  • Opmaken en analyseren van tussentijdse cijfers en financiële plannen
  • Opvolgen van voorafbetalingen, sociale bijdragen en loonberekeningen
  • Ondersteunen van junior collega's en kennis delen binnen het team

Profiel

  • Diploma accountancy-fiscaliteit of gelijkwaardige ervaring
  • Minstens enkele jaren relevante ervaring binnen een boekhoud- of accountantskantoor
  • Zelfstandig, analytisch sterk en klantgericht met zin voor verantwoordelijkheid
