Wil je jouw dossiers zelfstandig van A tot Z beheren, wil je ondernemers ook fiscaal en juridisch adviseren en wil je zelf kunnen kiezen tussen een vast dienstverband of werken als freelancer? In Poperinge krijg je als Senior Dossierbeheerder een gevarieerde klantenportefeuille waarvoor je een belangrijke vertrouwenspersoon wordt. Je combineert zelfstandig dossierbeheer met advies en de begeleiding van minder ervaren collega's.

Met minstens drie jaar ervaring heb je de basis van accountancy ondertussen stevig onder de knie. Daarom ligt de nadruk hier niet alleen op correcte cijfers en aangiften, maar ook op het signaleren van opportuniteiten en adviseren van klanten. Daarnaast deel je jouw ervaring met junior collega's en kan je jezelf verder specialiseren of doorgroeien binnen de kantorengroep.

Wat ga je doen

  • Beheren van een gevarieerde klantenportefeuille en nakijken van de boekhoudkundige verwerking
  • Verzorgen van afsluitingen, jaarrekeningen en aangiften in de personen- en vennootschapsbelasting
  • Verlenen van fiscaal en juridisch advies en proactief meedenken met klanten
  • Fungeren als rechtstreeks aanspreekpunt en klanten begeleiden bij uiteenlopende vraagstukken
  • Coachen van junior dossierbeheerders en samenwerken aan kwalitatieve klantendossiers

Wie ben jij

  • Bachelor of master in een economische richting met minstens 3 jaar relevante ervaring binnen accountancy
  • Zelfstandig, communicatief en klantgericht, met interesse in zowel fiscaliteit als adviesverlening
  • Beschikbaar in loondienst of als zelfstandige freelancer; voor freelance samenwerking beschik je over een ITAA-erkenning/beroepstitel
