Voor een sterk en groeiend accountantskantoor in de regio Londerzeel zoeken we een Senior Dossierbeheerder die graag zelfstandig dossiers beheert, klanten adviseert en op termijn ook junior collega's mee begeleidt.

Jouw rol als Senior Dossierbeheerder

Als Senior Dossierbeheerder krijg je een zelfstandige en gevarieerde rol.

Je beheert je eigen klantenportefeuille van A tot Z en wordt een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor ondernemers en bedrijven.

Concreet zal je onder andere:

  • Je eigen klantendossiers van A tot Z beheren
  • Jaarrekeningen opstellen en controleren
  • Fiscale aangiftes voorbereiden en indienen
  • Klanten adviseren op vlak van boekhouding, fiscaliteit en financiën
  • Meedenken over fiscale optimalisaties
  • Klanten begeleiden bij hun financiële en fiscale vraagstukken
  • Junior dossierbeheerders coachen en ondersteunen
  • Een echte vertrouwenspersoon voor je klanten worden

Je krijgt daarbij voldoende zelfstandigheid, maar kan steeds terugvallen op gespecialiseerde collega's wanneer een dossier daarom vraagt.

Wie ben jij?

We zoeken vooral iemand die ervaring, maturiteit en ambitie combineert.

Je beschikt over:

  • Een bachelor Accountancy-Fiscaliteit of gelijkwaardige opleiding
  • Minstens 4 jaar ervaring binnen een fiduciaire
  • Een goede kennis van boekhouding en fiscaliteit
  • Interesse in digitale tools en moderne werkprocessen
  • Een zelfstandige en nauwkeurige werkstijl
  • Sterke communicatieve en klantgerichte vaardigheden
  • De ambitie om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen en verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen

Ervaring met het begeleiden van junior collega's is mooi meegenomen, maar vooral je goesting om te groeien en verantwoordelijkheid te nemen is belangrijk.
