The posting

Bij een industriële productielocatie in Delden werk je als Senior E&I Engineer aan een omvangrijke uitbreiding van de plant, gepland over een periode van vijf jaar. Je bewaakt de technische kwaliteit van de elektrotechnische en instrumentatie-engineering en stuurt het externe engineeringbureau inhoudelijk aan. Van equipmentselectie tot ontwerpbeoordeling: je zorgt dat installaties voldoen aan de specificaties, het budget en de geldende veiligheids- en milieueisen. In de dagelijkse praktijk beoordeel je datasheets, tekeningen en offertes, stem je ontwerpkeuzes af en neem je deel aan inspecties en factory acceptance tests. Je werkt samen met mechanical engineers, process engineers en maintenancecollega’s en rapporteert aan de Engineering Manager. Daarbij combineer je overzicht over multidisciplinaire projecten met aandacht voor technische details. Je verdiept je expertise in procesinstallaties, functionele veiligheid en E&I-standaarden en draagt bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling van de locatie als kenniscentrum. Functie-inhoud - Zelfstandig leiden van complexe E&I-investerings- en onderhoudsprojecten en bewaken van planning en budget - Voorbereiden en coördineren van nieuwbouw, installatie-uitbreidingen en wijzigingen aan bestaande installaties - Aansturen van engineeringcontractors en beoordelen van studies, berekeningen, datasheets en ontwerptekeningen - Specificeren en selecteren van E&I-equipment en technisch beoordelen van offertes - Deelnemen aan inspecties en factory acceptance tests - Opstellen en bewaken van E&I-standaarden en naleving van HSE-eisen en wet- en regelgeving Functie-eisen - Afgeronde hbo-opleiding Elektrotechniek, Technische Natuurkunde, Industriële Automatisering of vergelijkbaar - Minimaal vijf jaar ervaring als E&I Engineer in de industrie, bij voorkeur in de procesindustrie of chemie - Kennis van PLC’s, DCS, safety systems, EPLAN, Intelec en ISA S88 - Kennis van Nederlandse en Europese regelgeving, waaronder ATEX, SIL en CE-richtlijnen - An.
