Als Senior E&I Engineer bij een offshorebedrijf in Delft ontwerp en realiseer je elektrische en automatiseringssystemen voor schepen en offshore-installaties. Binnen de innovatieafdeling werk je aan drie nieuwe schepen, hybridisering van de vloot en nieuwe subsea-apparatuur, van conceptengineering tot inbedrijfstelling aan boord. Functie-inhoud - Analyseer de vermogens- en automatiseringsbehoeften van schepen en offshore-apparatuur - Werk hardwareoplossingen uit van concept tot detailontwerp - Specificeer elektrische en instrumentatiecomponenten en bewaak ontwerp en bouw - Zorg dat alle subsystemen samen als één geïntegreerd systeem functioneren - Begeleid installatie en inbedrijfstelling aan boord van schepen wereldwijd - Neem de technische leiding over je eigen projecten en deelprojecten Functie-eisen - Een afgeronde bachelor- of masteropleiding Elektrotechniek of vergelijkbaar - Minimaal 7 jaar werkervaring als Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer - Praktische ervaring met het opsporen en oplossen van elektrische storingen - Vaardigheid om eigen projecten en deelprojecten te leiden - Een zelfstandige, resultaatgerichte werkwijze en het vermogen om samen te werken - Bij voorkeur kennis van regelgeving voor scheepsclassificatie - Bij voorkeur ervaring met automatiseringshardware van Siemens en/of Kongsberg Aanbod - Veel vrijheid en eigen verantwoordelijkheid - Een salaris gebenchmarkt aan de sector en een uitstekende pensioenregeling - Prestatieafhankelijke salarisverhogingen en bonussen - 30 vakantiedagen per jaar en flexibele werktijden - Een door de werkgever ondersteunde fitnessregeling - Training op de werkvloer, studiebudgetten en coaching - Korte communicatielijnen en gezamenlijke barbecues, feesten en vrijdagmiddagborrels
