Senior elektrotechnisch engineer Rijksvastgoedbedrijf (Ministerie van BZK) Functie omschrijving Dit ga je doen Bunkers, rijksmonumenten en kazernes, maar ook musea, rechtbanken en gevangenissen. Als je ergens werkt aan unieke vastgoedprojecten, dan is het wel bij het Rijksvastgoedbedrijf. Als ervaren elektrotechnisch engineer zorg jij ook dat onze klanten in Groningen, Friesland, Drenthe en Overijssel ongestoord gebruik kunnen maken van het vastgoed. Jij bent dé elektrotechnisch specialist in de voorbereiding van vervangings-, onderhouds- en verbouwprojecten. Het programma van eisen vertaal je naar slimme technische oplossingen en ontwerpen. Onder leiding van de projectleider duik je in het vraagstuk, verzamel je gegevens en stel je een bestek op. Je geeft advies met oog voor verduurzaming. Kunnen we bepaalde materialen hergebruiken bij een verbouwing? Je bezoekt regelmatig projectlocaties om te overleggen met aannemers en externe adviseurs, en kijkt verder dan je eigen vakgebied om het beste resultaat te bereiken. Hierbij werk je samen met gebruikers en B- en W-collega's, waarbij jij eventueel als voorbereidingscoördinator ook de integrale technische afstemming verzorgt. Als wij projecten uitbesteden aan de markt, stel jij vraagspecificaties op voor externe bureaus. Tijdens de voorbereidingsfase en aanbestedingsfase beoordeel je de aangeleverde producten en adviseer je bij de selectie van aannemers. Je let hierbij op technische en kostenaspecten. Soms houd je in de uitvoeringsfase toezicht op het werk van de opdrachtnemer. Je schuift als het nodig is aan bij bouwvergaderingen en ziet toe op de kwaliteit van oplevering van de elektrotechnische aspecten. Lopen zaken niet zoals gedacht, dan laat jij je niet uit het veld slaan. Omdat je weet wat er speelt, strijk je op natuurlijke wijze eventuele plooien glad.
