Bij Enreach bouwen we met DialoX aan een innovatief conversational AI-platform waarop partners en collega's slimme voice-, chat- en messagingoplossingen ontwikkelen. Tegelijkertijd vormt DialoX de basis voor AI-functionaliteiten binnen Enreach Contact, zoals spraaktranscriptie, voicemailautomatisering, call screening en voicebots. Om de verdere groei van het platform mogelijk te maken, zoeken we een Senior Platform Engineer die mee bouwt aan de toekomst van AI binnen Enreach. Als Senior Elixir Engineer werk je aan DialoX, het conversational AI-platform van Enreach. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het ontwerpen, ontwikkelen en verbeteren van functionaliteiten die dagelijks door klanten, partners en collega's worden gebruikt. Je werkt over de volledige stack. Van backenddiensten in Elixir en Phoenix tot frontendontwikkeling in React en TypeScript. Daarbij neem je eigenaarschap over de volledige lifecycle van een feature: van ontwerp en ontwikkeling tot testen, documenteren en uitrollen naar productie. Daarnaast speel je een belangrijke rol in de verdere ontwikkeling van de integratie tussen DialoX en Grid, het Enreach Contact PBX-platform. Hier komen AI, voice-technologie en telecom samen in oplossingen die direct impact hebben op de dienstverlening van onze klanten. Dit is bewust geen management- of teamleadfunctie. We zoeken een senior engineer die graag bouwt, verantwoordelijkheid neemt en technische uitdagingen oplost zonder dat de rol voornamelijk draait om people management of aansturing....
