Du übernimmst die technische Verantwortung für zentrale Softwarekomponenten unserer autonomen Stingray Shuttle-Systeme. Dabei bereitest du Architekturentscheidungen vor, treibst technische Exzellenz im Team voran und entwickelst moderne C++ 17/20 Software für Linux-basierte Embedded Systeme. Dabei arbeitest du nicht nur am Code, sondern auch direkt am realen Shuttle: Du analysierst das Systemverhalten, debugst Software im Zusammenspiel mit Hardware, Sensorik und Aktorik und trägst dazu bei, dass unsere High-Performance-Shuttles im industriellen Einsatz zuverlässig funktionieren Was man bei uns bewegt: Verantwortung für Architektur, Design und Weiterentwicklung zentraler Embedded-Software-Komponenten in C++ 17/20 für Linux-basierte High-Performance-Shuttle-Systeme, eingebettet in einen modernen Tech-Stack mit Docker und RTOS-Komponenten Analyse, Debugging und Optimierung des Systemverhaltens direkt am Shuttle im Zusammenspiel von Software, Betriebssystem, Hardware, Sensorik, Aktorik und Mechanik Konzeption, Entwicklung und Durchführung umfassender (automatisierter) Tests (Unittests, HIL, SIL) inklusive fundierter Analyse und Interpretation der Ergebnisse Ableitung von Optimierungspotenzialen sowie Erarbeitung nachhaltiger technischer Lösungskonzepte Technisches Mentoring von Entwicklern sowie Unterstützung bei Design Reviews, Architekturentscheidungen und komplexen Fehleranalysen in agilen Produktentwicklungsprojekten Was uns überzeugt: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik, Software Engineering, Mechatronik, Automatisierungstechnik o. Ä. Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Entwicklung komplexer Embedded-Systeme mit modernem C++ 17/20, inklusive komplexer Softwarearchitektur Erfahrung bei Architekturentscheidungen, Refactoring größerer Software-Systeme sowie der langfristigen Weiterentwicklung technischer Plattformen Fähigkeit, technische Problemstellungen im Zusammenspiel von Software, Betriebssystem und Hardware strukturiert zu analysieren Analytisches Denken, strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise sowie ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein Sehr gute Englisch- oder Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind.
