Als Senior Employee Operations ben jij de verbindende schakel in onze logistieke operatie in Zwolle. Vacature details Solliciteren Functieomschrijving Werk jij graag in de logistiek en neem je makkelijk het voortouw? Dan zoeken wij jou als Senior Employee Operations in Zwolle. Je werkt mee op de vloer en helpt ervoor te zorgen dat onze operatie veilig, efficiënt en volgens planning verloopt. Daarnaast ondersteun je collega's en vervang je de Teamleader Operations waar nodig. Waar kom je te werken? Je komt te werken in ons nieuwe depot. Bij DPD draait de operatie 24/7. Daarom werk je in een vast rooster met middag- en nachtdiensten: - 01:00 - 09:30 uur (nacht/ochtend) - 13:30 - 22:00 uur (middag/avond) De nachtdiensten zijn meestal van dinsdag t/m zaterdagochtend. De middagdiensten werk je voornamelijk van maandag t/m vrijdag. Werktijden kunnen soms iets afwijken door de drukte in de operatie. Wat ga je doen? Als Senior Employee Operations combineer je uitvoerende werkzaamheden met een coördinerende rol. Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig op de werkvloer, bewaakt de voortgang van het proces en ondersteunt de Teamleader Operations bij de dagelijkse aansturing van het team. - Laden, lossen, scannen en sorteren van pakketten. - Collega's begeleiden en ondersteunen. - De voortgang, kwaliteit en veiligheid bewaken. - Knelpunten signaleren en oplossen. - Aanspreekpunt zijn tijdens de dienst. - De Teamleader Operations ondersteunen of vervangen.
