Je krijgt de ruimte om nieuwe concepten uit te werken, prototypes te bouwen en technische keuzes te maken die direct zichtbaar zijn in het eindproduct. - Samenwerken - Nuchterheid - Verbeteren - Wat ga je doen? - Wat vragen wij? - Dit kan je verwachten Wat ga je doen? Concreet je taken op een rij: - Ontwikkelen van nieuwe machineconcepten en vertalen van ideeën naar werkende prototypes die uiteindelijk wereldwijd ingezet worden - Maken van 3D-modellen, berekeningen, datasheets en werktekeningen - Onderhouden van contacten met leveranciers voor een optimale samenwerking en het verzamelen van kennis - Schrijven van heldere rapportages - Volgen van ontwikkelingen binnen de machinebouw en op de hoogte blijven van actuele richtlijnen en productienormen - Selecteren van componenten en bepaling van hydraulische en/of elektrische systemen Wat vragen wij? De ideale kandidaat voldoet aan de volgende criteria: - HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in de richting van werktuigbouwkunde. mechatronica of een vergelijkbare technische opleiding - Minimaal 10 jaar ervaring als engineer. Ervaring met SolidWorks is daarbij een pré - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk - Een besluitvaardige, daadkrachtige en resultaatgerichte instelling - Een proactieve houding, gecombineerd met een sterk oplossend vermogen en stressbestendigheid - Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om collega's en stakeholders mee te nemen in ideeën en beslissingen - Analytisch vermogen om technische vraagstukken te doorgronden en effectief op te lossen - Ervaring met een projectmatige aanpak en het bewaken van voortgang, kwali...
