Drie redenen waarom dit jouw opdracht is Omdat je als senior DevOps engineer niet alleen wilt bouwen, maar ook wilt begrijpen welk probleem je oplost en voor wie. We je een sleutelrol bieden in de migratie van IBM Content Manager naar OpenText, waarbij je change én run combineert en samen met het team direct zichtbaar resultaat realiseert. Jij je ervaring kunt inzetten om complexe domein- en businessvraagstukken terug te brengen tot heldere, testbare backlogitems én vervolgens zelf meebouwt en meetest aan de oplossing. Jij doet het De opdracht Als senior DevOps engineer help je de voortgang te borgen van de migratie van IBM Content Manager naar OpenText, met behoud van de continuïteit van het huidige Document Management Systeem (DMS). Het belangrijkste knelpunt ligt daarbij niet alleen in ontwikkelcapaciteit. Er verstrijkt nu te veel tijd voordat daadwerkelijk ontwikkel- en testwerk kan beginnen. Probleem, businesscontext en business rules zijn bij backlogitems niet altijd tijdig voldoende scherp, waardoor gesprekken lang duren en items laat ready zijn. Tegelijkertijd vertrekt op korte termijn een ervaren functioneel ontwerper die veel domeinkennis van het DMS bezit. Je helpt deze kennis bij het team te laten landen, zonder zelf de rol van functioneel ontwerper over te nemen. Je combineert daarom twee kwaliteiten: je bent een ervaren engineer die zelf bouwt, test en beheert én je bent in staat om samen met de Product Owner en het team complexe problemen snel terug te brengen tot een helder en testbaar vraagstuk. Taken Je: - bouwt en test mee aan de migratie naar OpenText, de benodigde koppelingen en componenten op OpenShift; - draait volledig mee in de DevOps-verantwoordelijkheid voor change en run, waaronder incidenten, kwetsbaarheden en op.
