The posting

Bij een engineeringsbureau in Vlaardingen werk je als senior engineer industriële automatisering aan wisselende opdrachten binnen de machinebouw en procesindustrie. Je vertaalt functionele eisen naar besturingssoftware en brengt ervaring met PLC-, SCADA- en HMI-systemen mee. Daarbij kijk je verder dan de code: je begrijpt hoe software, elektrotechniek en werktuigbouw samen het gedrag van een machine of installatie bepalen. Binnen een multidisciplinair projectteam lever je zo een inhoudelijke bijdrage aan betrouwbare en onderhoudbare automatiseringsoplossingen. In de dagelijkse praktijk wissel je programmeren af met technisch overleg, testen en het analyseren van besturingsvraagstukken. Je werkt met ladderdiagrammen, functieblokken en Structured Text en stemt interfaces en functionaliteit af met collega’s uit andere disciplines. Je bespreekt ontwerpkeuzes, deelt je ervaring en blijft je verdiepen in besturingstechniek. Ontwikkelingstrajecten en doorgroeimogelijkheden geven je ruimte om je technische expertise verder uit te bouwen. Functie-inhoud - Functionele eisen vertalen naar een softwareontwerp voor machines en procesinstallaties - PLC-software ontwikkelen met ladderdiagrammen, functieblokken en Structured Text - SCADA- en HMI-functionaliteit uitwerken voor bediening en procesbewaking - Besturingssoftware testen en afwijkingen systematisch analyseren en oplossen - Technische interfaces afstemmen met werktuigbouwkundige en elektrotechnische collega’s - Software documenteren en ontwerpkeuzes bespreken binnen het projectteam Functie-eisen - Afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding Elektrotechniek, Mechatronica, Industriële Automatisering of vergelijkbaar - Minimaal vijf jaar relevante ervaring binnen de machinebouw en/of procesindustrie - Kennis van en ervaring met diverse PLC-technieken en SCADA- en HMI-systemen - Ervaring met ladderdiagrammen, functieblokken en Structured Text - Nieuwsgierige, creatieve instelling en heldere communicatie binnen multidisciplinaire teams -.
