Jouw rol Als Senior Engineer Mechanical & Factory Design ben je binnen onze vestiging in Velsen inhoudelijk verantwoordelijk voor complexe mechanische en constructieve vraagstukken in industriële omgevingen. Je voert zelfstandig projecten en technische opdrachten uit, van analyse en berekening tot afstemming met de klant en afronding binnen de afgesproken uren. Het zwaartepunt ligt bij FEM-berekeningen op het gebied van sterkte, stabiliteit en restlevensduur. Je werkt aan zowel greenfield- als brownfieldprojecten en past onder andere de Eurocodes toe. Daarbij gaat het niet alleen om het bedienen van software: je doorgrondt de achterliggende mechanica, beoordeelt of resultaten realistisch zijn en vertaalt deze naar veilige en uitvoerbare oplossingen.
