De wereld van de ondergrondse infrastructuur verandert voortdurend. Technische vraagstukken worden complexer en een steeds groter deel van het ontwerp- en engineeringsproces ligt bij de uitvoerende partijen. Hierdoor krijg jij de mogelijkheid om vanaf de eerste projectfase invloed uit te oefenen op technische keuzes en deze gedurende de uitvoering verder te optimaliseren. In deze functie combineer je inhoudelijke diepgang met een coachende rol binnen het team. Je werkt zelfstandig aan uiteenlopende projecten en bent tegelijkertijd een belangrijke kennisdrager voor minder ervaren collega's. Jouw expertise draagt niet alleen bij aan succesvolle projectresultaten, maar ook aan de verdere professionalisering van de engineeringsafdeling. Je krijgt de ruimte om eigenaarschap te tonen, technische innovaties aan te dragen en actief mee te bouwen aan een sterke kennisorganisatie waarin samenwerking, kwaliteit en vakmanschap centraal staan. Wat ga je doen? Als Senior Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het voorbereiden, ontwerpen en begeleiden van technische projecten binnen de ondergrondse infrastructuur. Daarbij vorm je een belangrijke schakel tussen opdrachtgevers, projectteams en andere betrokken partijen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder meer uit: - Zelfstandig uitvoeren en begeleiden van engineeringstrajecten van initiatief tot oplevering. - Maken, beoordelen en optimaliseren van technische ontwerpen en uitvoeringsplannen. - Uitvoeren van berekeningen, analyses en technische onderbouwingen. - Bewaken van de samenhang binnen het ontwerp- en voorbereidingsproces. - Toezien op de naleving van kwaliteits-, veiligheids- en ontwerprichtlijnen. - Begeleiden, coachen en ondersteunen van junior en med...
