Voor onze opdrachtgever zoeken we een Senior Engineer die de samenhang tussen glasvezel, coax en koper begrijpt en creatieve oplossingen niet uit de weg gaat. Jij brengt technische diepgang, bewaakt kwaliteit en helpt collega-engineers verder in hun vak. Je werkt vanuit Harderwijk in een team van ongeveer 40 collega's, met onder andere werkvoorbereiders, engineers, klantlijnmedewerkers, administratieve ondersteuning en financieel medewerkers. Na de inwerkperiode geldt een hybride werkbeleid van ongeveer 50/50. Wij bieden je - Een loon tot € 4264 bruto per maand op basis van 38 uur - 25 vakantiedagen + 13 ADV - 8% vakantiegeld - Een baan voor 40 uur per week, waarbij 32 uur bespreekbaar is. - Direct op contract bij onze opdrachtgever. - Een hybride werkbeleid na de inwerkperiode. - Een functie waarin je werkt aan stabiele en toekomstbestendige verbindingen. Onze opdrachtgever is actief binnen telecom en infra en werkt aan beheer en ontwikkeling van vaste netwerken. Je komt terecht in een technische omgeving waar kwaliteit, veiligheid en kennisdeling belangrijk zijn. Wat ga je doen? Als Senior Engineer ben jij verantwoordelijk voor complexe beheerprojecten en ontwerpvraagstukken. Je stelt kaders, bewaakt normen en bent een vraagbaak voor collega's. Bij complexe incidenten analyseer je de oorzaak en werk je aan structurele oplossingen die verdere uitval voorkomen. - Je stelt kaders voor complexe beheerprojecten en bewaakt kwaliteit en veiligheid. - Je analyseert technische incidenten en komt met duurzame oplossingen. - Je voert kwaliteitschecks uit op ontwerpen en engineeringwerk. - Je coacht collega-engineers en deelt actief jouw vakkennis. - Je denkt mee over het slimmer inrichten va...
