* Graz

* Forschung / Entwicklung

Aufgabengebiet

* Definition und Weiterentwicklung von Systemarchitekturen sowie technischen Grundlagen für zukunftsträchtige Raumfahrtprojekte

* Koordination und Abstimmung mit interdisziplinären Entwicklungsteams entlang des gesamten Projektverlaufes

* Durchführung von Trade-offs, Performanceanalysen und Entscheidungsprozessen, um das Ziel im entsprechenden Projektrahmen zu erreichen

* Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Test-, Qualifikations- und Freigabestrategien in enger Abstimmung mit dem Kunden

* Erstellung von Konformitätsdokumentation und Abgleich mit Kundenanforderungen, um zertifizierte Qualität sicherzustellen

* Mentoring junger Kollegen sowie fachliche Weiterentwicklung des Teams in enger Abstimmung mit der Führungskraft

Skill-Set

* Abgeschlossenes Masterstudium (FH oder TU), vorzugsweise in Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik, Systems Engineering oder ähnlichen technischen Fachrichtungen

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Luft- und Raumfahrt oder verwandten Hightech-Branchen

* Tiefgehende Kenntnisse im Systems Engineering, von Anforderungsmanagement über Risikoanalyse bis Projektsteuerung

* Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch sowie Kommunikationsstärke im internationalen Umfeld

* Erfahrung mit Raumfahrtsystemen, beispielsweise Satelliten, Launchern, Antrieben oder speziellen Mechanismen

* Begeisterung für innovative Lösungen, eigenständiges Arbeiten und Freude daran, Wissen zu teilen und andere zu inspirieren

Das Gehalt liegt je nach Qualifikation & Berufserfahrung zwischen EUR 4.500 und EUR 5.500 brutto / Monat (auf Vollzeitbasis).
