Aktuell wird gesucht 1 Senior Entwicklungskonstrukteur_in Sondermaschinenbau Anstellungsart: Vollzeit (38,5 Wochenstunden)

Deine Aufgaben

* Entwicklung und Konstruktion von kompletten Maschinen, Anlagen, Baugruppen und Einzelteilen

* Schwerpunkt innovative Flugsimulatoren und Sondermaschinen

* Erstellung von Konzepten, Bauteildimensionierung und Fertigungsunterlagen: "Von der ersten Idee bis zur Umsetzung"

* Anpassung vorhandener Konstruktionen, Neuentwicklungen von Sonderlösungen sowie Durchführung technischer Berechnungen zur Dimensionierung

* Entwerfen von Konstruktionen mit SolidWorks unter Berücksichtigung funktionaler, wirtschaftlicher, werkstoff- und fertigungstechnischer Aspekte, und Normen

* Bewertung von Machbarkeit und Herstellbarkeit spezifischer Kundenanforderungen

* Auswahl und Evaluierung von Lieferanten sowie Beschaffung von Zukaufkomponenten und Anlagenteilen

* Planung und Überwachung von Kosten und Terminen

* Mitarbeit bei der Auftragsabwicklung

Uns begeistert

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH, Uni) im Bereich Maschinenbau, Mechatronik

* Erfahrung in der mechanischen Konstruktion, idealerweise ergänzt durch mehrjährige Tätigkeiten in Entwicklungsprojekten

* Sehr gute Kenntnisse in 3D-CAD-Systemen, insbesondere SolidWorks, sowie in PLM-Systemen

* Technisches Know-how in Konstruktion und Fertigung, ergänzt durch betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis und Projektmanagement-Skills

* Begeisterungsfähigkeit, persönliches Engagement und offen für Neues

* Problemlöser_in - Spaß am Finden von innovativen, prozessorientierten Lösungen

* Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Montageeinsätzen und Anlageninbetriebnahmen vor Ort

* Kommunikationsstärke, die du im Austausch mit Lieferanten und Partnern unter Beweis stellen kannst

* Kommunikationssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Engagement, selbstständiges Arbeiten, Zuverlässigkeit & Teamgeist
