De Johan Cruijff ArenA zoekt een getalenteerde en gepassioneerde Eventmanager om onze evenementen naar een hoger niveau te tillen. Als Eventmanager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het creëren van onvergetelijke ervaringen voor onze gasten, van bedrijfsbijeenkomsten tot spectaculaire concerten en uiteraard de meest iconische wedstrijden van Ajax. Als Eventmanager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het succesvol laten verlopen van evenementen in de Johan Cruijff ArenA. Het gaat onder andere om: zakelijke evenementen; grote concerten; Ajax-wedstrijden; andere evenementen in de ArenA. Je bent tijdens evenementen een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers, leveranciers en collega's. Je zorgt ervoor dat het evenement operationeel goed verloopt en dat de gemaakte afspraken worden uitgevoerd. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden: Het voorbereiden en plannen van evenementen. Het begeleiden van de opbouw, uitvoering en afbouw. Tijdens het evenement optreden als voorman en het team aansturen. Medewerkers coachen, motiveren en enthousiasmeren. Zelf actief meewerken op de vloer. Toezien op de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening. Zorgen dat gasten een goede en memorabele ervaring hebben. Schakelen met opdrachtgevers, leveranciers en collega's. Het volledige evenement operationeel in goede banen leiden. Wat neem je mee? Een horeca-gerelateerde opleiding, of voldoende relevante ervaring waardoor een opleiding niet noodzakelijk is. Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als eventmanager op evenementen. Een uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal. Je woont in Amsterdam of omgeving. Arbeidsvoorwaarden Een salaris tussen de €2.900 en €3.678. Dit is afhankelijk van jouw ervaring.
