Senior Exchange Engineer Jouw meerwaarde als Senior Exchange Engineer Een veilige, stabiele en toekomstbestendige digitale werkomgeving is onmisbaar voor het dagelijkse werk van de Tweede Kamer. Als Senior Exchange Engineer zorg je dat Kamerleden en medewerkers veilig en betrouwbaar kunnen e-mailen en informatie uitwisselen. Je bent technisch aanspreekpunt voor Exchange, pakt complexe incidenten en verbeteringen op en houdt continu zicht op de beschikbaarheid, prestaties en beveiliging van het platform. Tegelijk denk je vooruit: je adviseert over de ontwikkeling van de Exchange-omgeving en bouwt mee aan de hybride cloudomgeving van de toekomst. Zo maak je achter de schermen het parlementaire werk iedere dag mogelijk. Belangrijkste taken Je: * beheert Exchange Server, Exchange Online en de hybride omgeving, inclusief e-mailstromen, koppelingen, certificaten, beveiligingsregels en toegangsrechten; * voert beveiligingsupdates, upgrades en andere wijzigingen uit en controleert daarna of de volledige dienstverlening goed functioneert; * automatiseert en standaardiseert het beheer met PowerShell; * voert migraties en herstelwerkzaamheden uit en werkt met specialisten samen aan beveiliging, back-up en herstel; * beheert logging, monitoring en controle-informatie. Zoek- en exportwerkzaamheden voer je alleen uit na een bevoegd verzoek en volgens de geldende procedures; * houdt technische documentatie en werkinstructies bij, deelt kennis met collega's en draagt bij aan infrastructuur- en cloudprojecten.
