Haal jij energie uit klantcontact en wil je je jarenlange expeditie-ervaring inzetten bij een erkende speler in logistiek? Voor onze klant, een toonaangevende internationale logistieke organisatie in Deurne, zoeken we een Senior Expediteur Zeevracht. Jij beheert import- en exportdossiers van A tot Z en bouwt sterke relaties op met je klanten.

Je bent de brug tussen de klant en de operationele diensten, in een klein en collegiaal team. Daar staan een vast contract vanaf dag één, een brutomaandloon tot €4.500, meer dan 30 verlofdagen en 1 dag thuiswerk per week tegenover.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je beheert operationele dossiers van A tot Z in het ERP-systeem, tot ze klaar zijn voor facturatie
  • Je stelt transport-, bevrachtings- en douanedocumenten op en volgt ze op
  • Je houdt klanten proactief op de hoogte van hun zendingen
  • Je stemt dagelijks af met klanten en interne operationele diensten
  • Je overlegt met je collega’s van Sales over de evolutie van de business
  • Je registreert klantvragen en volgt ze op samen met je teamleader
  • Je regelt optionele verzekeringspolissen met de verzekeringsmakelaar
  • Een bachelordiploma in logistiek of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in expeditie, zowel import als export
  • Basiskennis van douane
  • Uitstekend Nederlands en Engels, Frans en/of Duits is een pluspunt
  • Vlot met ERP-systemen, kennis van Navitrans is een groot pluspunt
  • Administratief sterk, klantgericht en beleefd assertief
  • Een teamspeler die snel complexe workflows doorgrondt en openstaat voor verandering
